CASE STUDY 03 / MULTI-AGENT SYSTEMS
DevAgent.
Four local agents coordinate specifications, development, testing, and deployment artifacts through shared project context.
Multi-agent application development

The problem
Generating code is only one part of building an application. A useful workflow must also keep the specification, implementation, tests, and packaging consistent as work moves between stages.
Context & role
I developed a local multi-agent prototype to explore this coordination problem. The current project is published in the FULL-STACK-DAV-AGENTS repository.
The solution
An architect agent prepares the specification and architecture. A developer agent works on the application files. A tester agent handles test artifacts and feedback. A deployer agent prepares deployment artifacts.
The agents exchange project context rather than treating each stage as an unrelated prompt. Ollama provides the local language-model runtime.
Technical decisions
Separate the agents by responsibility so the intermediate outputs can be examined: a specification can be reviewed before code, and generated tests can be inspected alongside their results.
Local models make the workflow dependent on the available machine and model configuration. Packaging artifacts such as a Dockerfile or CI workflow are distinct from a successful public deployment.
Evidence
The visual is an existing screenshot from the project repository. The repository provides the implementation and documentation for the current local workflow.
The demonstrated scope is coordination between four agents and the artifacts they produce. Roadmap ideas are not presented as shipped capabilities.
Limitations
Generated specifications, code, tests, and deployment files need human review. Producing a test file is not proof that the application is correct, and producing a container configuration is not proof that a service has been deployed.
Model quality, runtime resources, and the tools available on the host affect what the workflow can complete. The project is presented as a prototype, without a claim of autonomous production readiness.
